the SACRED™programme might be for you if...

The pain, fear, and confusion many mothers feel:

“I don’t even recognize myself anymore.”
“I’m terrified of what all this anger will do to my kids.”
“I feel like I’m failing as a mother every day when I shout and yell.”
“There’s so much paperwork, I can’t even think straight.”
“I’m so angry at him, but I don’t want my kids to carry that.”
“It’s like I’m just barely surviving.”
“I know I’m supposed to ‘move on,’ but I’m still stuck.”
“I don’t know how to talk to my children without crying.”

You'll start to see the shift happening - clarity, strength, and small wins:

“I’m learning to respond, not react and that feels good.”
“I’ve never thought about divorce this way before.”
“For the first time, I feel like I’m parenting consciously.”
“My child opened up to me today and it felt like a breakthrough.”
“I cried, but this time it was from release, not pain.”
“I’m not just surviving anymore. I’m starting to lead.”
“It’s hard, but I finally feel like I’m doing what is best for me and the kids.”

The wonderful transformation mothers experience:

“I feel more connected to my children than ever before.”
“Divorce turned out to be the best thing that ever happened to me.”
“My kids are calmer because I am calmer and less reactive.”
“I’m not afraid of the future anymore.”
“I reclaimed my voice, my peace, and my purpose.”
“I thought this was the end—but it was just the beginning.”
“I used to carry so much guilt—for the marriage ending, for how it might affect the kids, for not being the ‘perfect’ mother. Now, I feel free.”

the transformation

— Ariana, mum of 3

I woke up every day dreading the day, worrying about court dates, affidavits and contact with their father. But after the Reset day, I feel far more in control and I know that I can deal with anything that comes my way because I'm thinking about it rationally. Working with  Kashmira changed everything for me.

Q&A

Q. What’s the difference between therapy and coaching?

Q. What’s the difference between therapy and coaching?

A. Therapy focuses on treating mental health conditions and healing past trauma. Coaching is present and forward-focused and supports awareness, choice, and change in how you respond to your life right now. It is reflective and trauma-informed, but it does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.

Q. Will our sessions be confidential?

A. Yes. Everything shared in our 1:1 sessions is confidential. You need a space that feels safe, judgment-free, and fully yours... and this is that space. The only exceptions are standard safeguarding obligations where there is a risk of serious harm.

Q. Do I need to have parenting “problems” to benefit?

A. Not at all. Parenting coaching isn’t only for overcoming current problems. Many parents come because they want greater clarity, steadiness, and confidence in how they show up. Not just because something is “wrong.”

Q. what is the sacred™ framework about?

A. The SACRED™ framework brings together the most effective elements of conscious parenting, emotional regulation, and trauma-informed psychology to support the whole parent, knowing that when the parent is supported, relationships -especially with children - can soften and strengthen.

The SACRED™ framework aims to provide parents with a safe and informed sanctuary for personal growth. It is very common and normal to feel overwhelmed by the weight of family challenges or separation. When your home life is unstable or you're navigating a difficult breakup, it’s normal to feel stressed, burdened, and constantly on edge, carrying emotions that swing from deep sadness to confusion, anger, fear, or even guilt. SACRED™ was created to meet you in exactly these moments.

Q. how will The SACRED™ framework help me?

A. Rather than working on isolated issues, my SACRED™ framework looks at the patterns shaping you and how you. respond under pressure. This supports sustainable change across parenting, co-parenting, and other key relationships.

If you're going through a divorce, while friends and family may mean well, they often lack the experience and perspective needed to provide the right guidance during this critical time. Unfortunately, misguided advice can lead to grave, irreparable mistakes. When decisions are made from a place of confusion or pain, the emotional and financial costs can be significant. By working together, we’ll ensure you make informed, strategic decisions that will safeguard your future.

SACRED™ offers a steady, reliable anchor when everything around you feels chaotic. A place where you are held, supported, and guided but never judged. As you move through my program, you'll transition from feeling overwhelmed and reactive to feeling calm, confident, and balanced. You'll be able to navigate any complexity with grace, ensuring a stable and nurturing environment for your children while finding peace and acceptance within yourself .

Q. Will this help if my child is the one who is “difficult”?

A. Yes, because the most powerful way to shift a child’s behaviour is by supporting the parent. When you learn to  understand triggers, and respond instead of react, your child naturally becomes more regulated, cooperative, and connected.

Q. What if I’m already working with a lawyer?

A. Coaching complements legal proceedings perfectly. I help you navigate the emotional, relational, and parenting challenges that the legal system will not address.

Q. How do I know which option is right for me?

A. You don’t need to decide alone. A complimentary clarity call gives us space to explore what support would feel most helpful right now, with no obligation to continue.

A clarity call is a gentle, no-obligation conversation to explore what support would feel most helpful for you right now, whether you’re navigating everyday parenting challenges or more complex co-parenting dynamics.
